BOOKING

  • Standard instruction. Booking forms for live sessions and e-learning courses are available on the MAATC website. When you submit a booking for an online course, you are making an offer to MAATC to book you onto the course you have chosen, as well as the time and date you have selected.

  • ​MAATC will accept your offer by entering your booking into the MAATC system and sending you an email or a prompt message confirming your booking and providing information regarding how you can begin your subscription.

  • Please choose your desired subscription, as well as your preferred date and time, as these cannot be changed once payment has been made.

PAYMENT

  • If you are in the United States, you can pay your subscription at the time of booking using secure online payment process. Otherwise, they can be paid using e-wallets or bank account transfers. In all cases, payment must be received prior to the start of your subscription and before receiving all of the materials, tools, and other items needed to get started.

  • All major credit and debit cards are accepted.  if you choose to pay the fees through PayPal. PayPal will send you an email with a receipt confirming payment. PayPal will receive the information required to verify and authorize your payment card and process your subscription and is legally and contractually bound not to disclose this information to third parties. Please keep in mind that if you do not provide accurate information (including the type and number of your credit card) or if your credit card company does not authorize payment, your application will be deemed void. MAATC assumes no liability for any costs incurred as a result of applications deemed void in this manner.

  • You may not give anyone else access to the e-training courses using your log-in information.

RIGHTS TO OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • MAATC owns all training materials and all intellectual property rights in all training materials available, including the design, graphics, and text of all printed materials, as well as the audio of all domain videos. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials without the prior permission of MAATC; no Training Material may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, displayed, or linked to in any way, in whole or in part. Any such use is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of MAATC's intellectual property rights.

  • To ensure the consistency and quality of training delivery, all students will receive a follow-up email at the end of each class asking them to complete a satisfaction survey. You can also write your experiences and reviews through MAATC’s website. This feedback will be thoroughly reviewed and used to make continuous significant improvement to class curriculum and delivery.

 REFUND AND CANCELLATION

  • All online course programs and finals sales are non- refundable.

  •  Subscriptions are not transferable or refundable. If you are already enrolled in a subscription, you are not permitted to switch to another subscription. We are unable to refund or transfer course fees if you fail to attend the course for which you have registered or decide not to complete the course.
